St. Augustine Beach properties face the same coastal challenges as the Jax Beaches — salt spray, sandy soil, and wind exposure — but with the added character of the historic district nearby and a community that cares about appearance.
For beachfront and near-beach lots on Anastasia Island, Zoysia Icon is our primary recommendation. Its salt tolerance and dense growth habit make it the best performer within a half-mile of the water. For properties further inland on the island or along A1A South, St. Augustine Floratam works well with proper irrigation.
Many St. Augustine Beach homes sit on compact lots where every square foot of lawn is visible from the street. Small jobs — 500 to 1,500 square feet — are common here and we handle them without requiring pallet minimums.
We also serve Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, and the communities along A1A south of St. Augustine Beach proper. Delivery is available throughout the Anastasia Island and south beaches corridor.
